Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Fon Zamcho

Fon  is a leading Business Development Strategist for Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. He  is a veteran of the United States Army with tours of duty to Afghanistan where he served as Executive and Logistic Officer as well as numerous African conflict zones on behalf of the United States Africa Command and Special Operations Command Africa.

Fon's experience includes stints as Sales/Customer Service Manager and Communications Consultant for Blue Cross Blue Shield Pennsylvania. Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University and Montgomery County Community College where he taught Business and Communication Seminars.  

He has represented different companies as a Consultant on Sub-Saharan Africa with emphasis on Foreign Direct Investments. Fon holds a Bachelors Degree in Languages from the University of Yaounde and a Master's Degree in Corporate Communications from Duquesne University  in Pittsburgh.

John Tuma

John is an accomplished professional having served in diverse international leadership roles requiring strong business development, strategic planning, relationship building, and project management skills. His experience is sprinkled with significant program development, conflict management, and regional security experience covering the  Economic Community of West African States, the Economic Community of Central African States, and the Southern African Development Community. 

John possess a Masters of Business Administration an a Masters of Science in International Relations. He is also an expert communicator and author with numerous professional speaking and publication credits. He is proficient in English and French and has built a network of contacts across Sub-Saharan Africa. 

Chief Operating Officer

Fanella Zamcho

Fanella is an environmental engineer with over twenty years of consulting experience.  She started her career consulting for platinum mines in Johannesburg, South Africa upon completion of her Masters degree in Environmental and Analytical Chemistry.  She has worked on numerous consulting projects for environmental giants like Lancaster Laboratories, Thermo Fisher and the United States Army’s Bavarian Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC). In her spare time she teaches chemistry as an Adjunct professor. Her goal is to use her experience to grow Africa's potential especially in science and technology.
